Pickup Policy

Orders are available to pick up at the ranch store for those near our Missouri Farm location. Please contact Margaret to schedule a time for pick up at 573-658-3081 once you have placed your order.  

Shipping 

Meat orders ship at the beginning of the week after your order was placed.  Meat orders usually arrive within 48 hours after being shipped. Non-perishable orders take 2-4 business days in transit. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays – unless it’s a holiday or we run out of dry ice to ship.  

Perishables should arrive to you frozen or partially frozen. If you have an issue with your order, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will work with you to correct the issue.  

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Please double-check all shipping information is correct before ordering. If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at info@circlefbeef.com 
 
The cost of shipping meat will depend on where you're geographically located. We send meat next-day, or 2nd day so that your meat get’s to you as quick as possible.  

Shipping meats is a FLAT RATE per zone and includes the cost of the insulated liner, box, dry ice and overnight or 1-2 day shipping. Rates are based on zone and range from $25-65 in the continental US and $99 Hawaii and Alaska. All of our non-meat items incur a $14.99 shipping fee. You can order as much as you'd like and shipping does not increase (split an order with a neighbor to reduce the cost!) 

We can sometimes get same day orders Mon-Tues out that day, if not it will likely ship the following ship day (M-T-W) but some things can cause a 1-2 day delay like dry ice availability or weather delays. You will get an email with tracking once your order is on the truck. 

Boxes ship with dry ice pellets, which sublimate within 12 hours to keep the meats frozen in transit. Our superior packaging and dry ice means meats can stay frozen for 48-92 hours if they hit any delays.
