Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Circle F Beef! We take pride in delivering high-quality, pasture raised beef products directly to your door. As we offer fresh, perishable goods, we have a no returns policy to ensure the safety and freshness of our products. Please review our policy below: 

1. No Returns or Exchanges 
We have a strict no return and no refunds policy since most of our products are perishable and cannot easily be shipped back. And WE cannot accept frozen products back for resale. If you need to return apparel, we will exchange for a different size if the customer pays for shipping back and forth. There is no returns, refunds or exchanges for all meat products.

2. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our beef. While we cannot accept returns, if you receive a product that has any issues, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery. Please do also have a picture of the issue to send with the email. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

3. Shipping & Handling Issues
If your order is damaged during shipping or if there are significant delays, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do our best to package our beef with Insulation and dry Ice to withstand any unexpected delays, but please reach out If you have any concerns. We’ll investigate the situation and work with you to resolve any issues.  

4. No Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Deposits placed on a beef share is nonrefundable. We are reserving that beef share for you.  

5. Customer Responsibilities 
By purchasing from Circle F Beef, you agree to properly store and handle your beef products upon pickup or delivery.  We are not responsible for any issues caused by improper handling or storage, including spoilage. For orders that are shipped directly to the customer with dry ice, please make sure to follow all handling instructions. We are not responsible for any issues caused by improper handling of dry ice.  

6. Refunds & Replacements
If you have any issue with your order please reach out to us within 24 hours at info@circlefbeef. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns
We work hard to ensure every product meets our high standards, but due to the perishable nature of our beef products, returns are not feasible. We ask that customers review their orders carefully before checkout, as we are committed to delivering great tasting beef directly from our family farm to your door.
