Ozark Fisheries is a 4th generation family owned and operated ornamental fish farm as well as running a cow/calf operation called Circle F Cattle. Ozark Fisheries originally acquired land surrounding the six springs on our fish farm in order to protect the watershed supplying water to the springs. Years later, water tests and improved science revealed that our watershed comes from over 30 miles away. The Ozark hill land was not all suitable for fish ponds.Most of the hills surrounding our fish ponds were originally mostly timber and of very little productive use. Over the years we have slowly converted excess land into pastures and cattle were used to graze and manage the land. Circle F Cattle Company wasfounded around 1950. The Circle F name and brand were created by taking the O and F of Ozark Fisheries to make our Circle F brand. Circle F Cattle Company strives to produce the finest Black Angus cattle. We strive to breed Black Angus cattle that offer structural soundness and other necessary assets such as fertility, calving ease, longevity, growth, and a calm nature. Circle F Cattle Company have been able to breed some of the best cattle available in south-central Missouri.

Circle F Cattle Company is a 4th generation family owned and operated cow/cattle operation. Our family started also has an ornamental goldfish and koi farm called Ozark Fisheries that was started in 1926. The land around our ponds was not suitable for raising fish, so it was converted to pasture and cattle were brought in to manage the pasture. Circle F Cattle Company was founded around 1950.

The Circle F name was created by taking the O and F of Ozark Fisheries to make our Circle F brand. While Circle F Cattle Company has been raising calves to sell to the commercial market for over 70 years, in 2025 Circle F Beef was created to sell our amazingbeef directly to you. We believe that family farm raised beef is the best way to fill your freezer.
